I love her so
This is my only woe
Every time she looks at me
She acts as if there can never be a we
I've tried to figure out why
But all she does is sigh
And then she says bye
Every time I try
Then she finally told me
Cause it was only we
She told me in my ear
That she has always had this fear
She had always loved me
But she didn't want anyone to see
"It's just" she then started to sink
I was scared of what others would think
I asked her if her love for me is pure
She said yes and was sure
"Then don't care about what they think"
I said smiling giving her a special wink
She asked me the question too
I also said that it was true
She then finally said
"Then well just go on ahead"
She said, "This path we will share."
She now no longer cared
She wanted to be with me
Though everyone could see.
