She stops the car at the airport,
Her head on the wheel.
She slowly closes her eyes.
Not wanting to show how she feels.
He gets out of the car,
Tears start streaming from her eyes
She quickly wipes them away,
Thinking to herself "I can't cry."
She gets out after him,
Fixing her hair.
Wondering if he knew how she felt,
Wondering if he even cared.
She looks down at her feet,
As he pulls her into an embrace.
Whispering "I love you",
Both hands holding onto her face.
"I love you too",
As she gently kisses his lips.
Not caring if anyone saw,
This was there moment of bliss.
She opens the back door,
He lies down on the seat.
She climbs on top of him,
Both hearts rapidly beat.
She kisses him deeply,
"I don't want you to go,"
She holds on to him tight,
"Without you I'm not whole."
"I'll come back,"
My promises are true.
Just wait a little bit longer,
And we'll be together, me and you.
