I felt like trying to write a poem in Japanese (My English translation for each line on the side in parenthesis). If you spot any problems in the translation or grammar of the Japanese, please let me know so I can improve. I was trying to write it for my girlfriend and I was trying to write a sonnet with my limited (4 semesters) knowledge of Japanese... what do you think? I may put a Kanji copy up once I have a friend look over it and see how it looks.

The way you smile when I begin to speak let's me know you're glad to hear my voice. The way you hold my hand when I lose all my confidence shows me that you'll never desert me. The way you get nervous when I'm gone for more than an hour tells me you trully care about me. When you say you're sorry even though it should be me who's apologizing let's me know that you're willing to admit defeat just to let me win the war. All the things you are, I have to say, I could never love more.
