Two girls both different one with brains the other with heart
The first with long brown hair the other with glasses
Both from the same but couldn't be more different
One with her guitar the other with her books
The same parents but two totally different lives
The same thought but two very different opinions
One with all A's and the other sitting on the side falling apart because she knows she can't beat it
She's the older sister the one whose life is falling apart
She's the younger sister who can't appreciate all of the raw talent that lay in her hand
She's been verbally abused by the father who denies
She's been sitting with her girl-scout cookies knowing that she's gonna do well
She's been jealous of her sister forever she has an amazing life and she doesn't even know it
She's been daddy's little girl her whole life
Her sister's life tears her apart so she fights it with a dart
Over the summer her best friend whom she had known her whole life is gone and she slips into a dark hole
The other just pretends nothing had ever happened and forgets the whole thing
Daddy never liked her best friend and she knew this so she moves out
And her sister still sitting at home with daddy gets all the glory
She hates her sister for not standing by her, but she knows there has to be another way to show her that it's not over
She's only two years younger and this sister couldn't find a way to convince the older to come back into her life
And just as the older sister thought things couldn't get any worse
The boy with his sandy blonde hair, sweet smile and hot body this girl knew things would heat up
It was the first time that she thought she was safe
She fell for the boy but the two of them knew that it could never be, due to responsibility to mommy and his daddy
