Crystal rose

A Crystal rose so fragile and small
Would shatter to pieces if it should fall
So be quiet and gentle when she's around
Treat with respect this friendship I've found
Always something pleasant she imparts in my life
Her husband must be so proud as he looks down on his wife
Kindness and concern always seem to abound
Though I'm sure there's a sharp edge somewhere to be found
A glistening crystal is a beautiful thing
As is the love she gives freely to this whole gathering
As a rose is sure to wither and die
This crystal rose will forever brighten my sky
Thank you Crystal for being such a very sweet friend
