So I'm writing this for you..
You know I love your poems,
But do they have to be so blue?
Everything I seem to read,
Is filled with pain and heartbreak.
I want to read a happy poem,
How long will it take?
I know you think that you've done wrong,
And put yourself to shame.
How many times do I have to say
You are not to blame.
It's not your fault at all,
You haven't done anything wrong.
What can I do or say
To convince you that you belong?
Don't feel bad or blame yourself
For the worrying I do.
You know I worry because I care,
And I love you too.
You are worth so much to me,
A friend that no one can replace.
It makes me feel so good inside,
To see a smile on your face.
I'll do anything to end your misery,
Your tears and pain, no longer exist.
I'll see your happy smile,
And no cuts on your wrist.
For your happiness and joy,
There is nothing I won't do.
